      We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of your order ship date.

      In order for your return/exchange to be accepted, all hair must be in perfect condition under the following guidelines:

      • All items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, contain no scents or odors.
      • No rips or tears, no cut lace, or any other signs of being worn/used/opened.
      • All items must be returned in their original packaging, as received.

      If the return is due to a buyer issue, such as: don’t like/want, ordered wrong product/size, we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our shipping costs.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact our customer support team in advance.

      We reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: 

      1. An irregular or excessive returns history;
      2. An irregular return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
      3. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;
